Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule their bookings online up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this 12-hour window are accepted to ensure flexibility for all clients. For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session, there is no fee. However, if a booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the session start time, a $10 cancellation fee will apply. Additionally, to maintain a smooth scheduling process, the latest a booking can be made is 24 hours before the start time. This ensures adequate preparation for each session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, allowing us to provide the best possible service for all clients.
